RealWorld Systems mainly works with government and not-for-profits to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. We are primarily interested in mission-driven organizations, in which financial measures are only one indicator of success - and usually not the most important indicator.
All of our projects begin with getting an understanding of the long term outcomes of the organizations we are serving. For the public sector, that involves policy analysis, ensuring that the relevant accountability framework is driving the improvements we are targeting. For not-for-profits, that involves making linkages between the organization's strategic goals and the objectives of the project.
All of our services are focused on using the right information to make the right decisions about resources. We use a broad range of disciplines and analytic techniques, including process analysis, systems analysis, social science research methodologies, policy analysis and so on.We have been approved for several government Vendor of Record contracts for the provision on business process improvement and program evaluation.
